Refund policy

• Products eligible for a refund can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.
• Sealed products are non-refundable if the seal is removed, unless they do not match the seller's description or damaged.
• A refund request must be created within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the amount will be refunded as wallet credit or you can send us your wallet number/instapay and we will gladly send you the money back.
• Refunds take up to 5 business days to be reviewed, accepted, and completed.
• If the return is not due to an error on our part, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  
• Products that do not match the description or information provided are eligible for a refund.
