Lobo faces the ruthless Council of Dons, who don't want their accountant - the hyperintelligent Qigley - to fall into the Main Man's clutches. Meanwhile, the Dead Boys are on the run...with lots of explosions, pain and amusing death scenes to keep them company!  

• The sign above the Police HQ reads, "Magda City." It's unknown if this is a mistake or a separate suburb of Dagma City.
• The police officers bear a "VPD" emblem, (Vurkan Police Department,) implying that it is a global police force.
