Synopsis:
Fraternal twin brothers Connor and Murphy MacManus take justice into their own hands after a violent encounter with the Russian mob in Boston. Convinced they are on a divine mission to rid the city of crime, they embark on a vigilante killing spree, eliminating dangerous criminals. As the body count rises, an eccentric FBI agent, Paul Smecker, is hot on their trail, trying to decipher whether they are heroes or ruthless murderers.
