X-Men Forever #1 (2001)

Prosh comes back to Earth after escaping from a Celestial. He gathers Phoenix, Mystique, Iceman, Toad, and Juggernaut. He tells them the future of the universe depends on them. He plans to send their psychic engrams into their past bodies to experience key events. Only by doing that can they understand the future. The first place he sends them back is only a few months back, to the day Graydon Creed was assasinated.
